Contact Lens Dispenser

This Contact Lens Dispenser is a gravity fed unit that will hold a weeks (7 days) worth of contacts lenses for each eye. I designed this model around my specific brand of contact lens, so fitment might not be universal but i tried to add some buffer space to make it more of a universal fit. The files "Double Body.stl" and "Double Lids.stl" for the double dispenser as displayed in the photos. Files for a single chamber dispenser are also available. Regardless of the Body type printed, each lid is meant to slide into the channel(s) in the body to ensure a smooth and secure "face" to prevent the rest of the contacts from falling out of the enclosure. -------------------------- PRINT SPECS: Filament Type: PLA Layer Height: 0.2mm (haven't tried 0.1mm) Extruder Temperature: 205°C Bed Temperature: 60°C Infill Density: 5% Print Speed: 30mm/s -------------------------- MY PRINTER: AnyCubic Mega Pro 3D Printer + Laser Etcher
