Construction Site PBR Low-poly 3D model

This low-poly PBR Construction Site model was created in XSI and textured with SP2, featuring real-world scale without requiring any special plug-ins. The model consists of quad/tris polygons with a count of 2952 (Quads) and 5564 (Tris). It comes in three file formats: Maya 2016, FBX 2014/15, and OBJ, including geometry with UVs. Textures must be added manually, and the model includes high-quality 4096x4096 PBR textures (metal roughness) in PNG format: Albedo (preview images), Normal map, Ambient Occlusion, Roughness, and Metallic. Rendering is done using Marmoset 3. Check out other models as well!
