I made a Construction Set a few years back, and it includes 3 pre-built doors rigged for movement. There's also one destructible barrel with explosive capabilities and one destructible box for added realism. A large collection of structural elements are also included. You can quickly replicate any object within the set by holding down ALT and pressing D, then clicking to place. Objects will snap to a grid, making it easier to construct intricate buildings in a fraction of the time it would normally take. For more control over your creations, use the M-key to assign multiple layers to objects. Use WASD keys to walk through your constructions, press E to activate switches and doors, jump with Space bar, and soar through the air using R for flight mode. You can use this tool however you like, I encourage experimentation!
