Construction-Grade Excavator Wooden Toy

This project is from "Wood Magazine, Issue 194, November 2009" and is part of a series of construction models, with this being the sixth in the collection. The other five models include a Wooden Toy Bulldozer with Side-Dump Trailer, Backhoe Loader, Mobile Crane, Concrete Truck, and Construction Grade Truck. The model was designed using Solidworks 2016 software and rendered with Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition. The frames were edited with Virtualdub as AVI/X264 and BMP formats, while the video was remuxed to MP4 format with MyMP4BoxGui. Gifs were created using PhotoScape, and the renders were edited in IrfanView. The 3D model is available in various file formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, FBX, and DWF, with some files being animated.
