Construction barrier 3D Model, fully prepared for production with PBR materials, textures and a non-overlapping UV Layout map included in the package. Quads-only geometries are used, eliminating tris/ngons. The model's geometry can be easily customized by utilizing the provided UV unwrapped models to create new or modify existing textures using the UV Layout maps given as PNG files with alpha channels. Each Object, Material or Texture within the package features a unique and meaningful name for easier identification and management. The 3D Model was created in Blender 3D 2.80 using Cycles/Eevee materials and then exported to OBJ and FBX formats, while materials and textures were designed in Substance Painter with PBR, V-Ray, Unity and Unreal Engine compatibility. Promotional images showcase the model's capabilities: rendered in Cycles (or Eevee) for Blender 3D 2.80, wireframes, screenshots of the Blender scene demonstrating UV Layouts, and additional UV layout images are included. The package includes various file formats such as FBX, OBJ and BLEND scenes with Cycles/Eevee materials, as well as PNG files with alpha channels. This asset consists of one Object (mesh), one PBR Material, a non-overlapping UV Layout map, and UV-mapped Textures. The provided UV Layout maps and Image Textures are at 2048x2048 resolution and were created using Substance Painter for optimal PBR performance. The 3D Model features polygonal, quad-only geometries with 35442 vertices and 70844 tris, ensuring a clean and efficient mesh structure. Real-world dimensions are applied to the scene scale units in Blender 3D (Metric with 0.01 scale), and the Object is uniformly scaled for seamless integration. A comprehensive PBR Multi-Engine Textures Pack is included, containing zipped folders with PBR Textures sets compatible with various rendering engines or game engines such as Cycles/Eevee for Blender 3D, Vray for 3D Studio MAX, Unity 5 Standard Metallic, Unreal Engine 4 and generic PBR workflows. Note: Main renderings were created using Blender 3D 2.80 + Cycles (or Eevee) with an HDR Environment Texture Image not included in the package.
