This is a fan-made kit designed to transform the Nerf Stryfe into an approximate replica of the Kang Tao-41 from the upcoming CD Projekt Red video game Cyberpunk 2077, or alternatively, a Constitutional Arms variant of the platform. I believe this is an effortless way to achieve a KT-41 with just the stryfe vector kit and some minor modification. Despite its apparent similarities to the superior KT-41, CA couldn't match its fire rate, opting instead for a semi-automatic civilian market version. The CA-40/E is seen by some as a more versatile platform due to shared parts with the KT-41 and other Constitutional Arms weapons. This allows for greater accuracy, modification, fully-automatic fire, and the use of various ammunition types. In short, it's cheaper than the KT-41 but requires skilled modding to reach its full potential.
