Consistent lbs-Wedge for Compound-Bows
thingiverse
I often use my bow at different locations where the target is sometimes quiet close and sometimes plenty of feet away. So in order to not destroy the poor targets, I often change my lbs setting. Sadly it's hard to get it right without puling out an lbs measure every single time. In order to help me adjust my Settings quickly, I came up with creating a wedge, that can fit snuggly between the bow-arm and body. That way I just have to adjust up until the wedge is secured in place and can trust a consistent setting. If You have a similar problem, maybe this print can help You as well as it did for me! I'm quiet aware that Your bow may have different measurements than mine, which is why I attached a scad file so You can put in Your own settings. Make sure to use metric millimeters, inches * 25.4 for my american folks! Use the images I've attached to get the right measurements and make sure to check Your lbs setting. You might have to adjust the text size and angle for higher lbs settings, because there won't be enough space for big text.
