Consew motor cover with encoder mount

I remix the drawing from IdefixRC's great work. Here are some key points to consider: 1. Using a 45-degree chamfer is simpler and easier to print. 2. The encoder mounting plate is designed for Omron E6A2 series encoders. I place a 3M double tap between the encoder shaft and motor shaft, then add a 1mm shim between the motor cover and the encoder mounting plate. This provides some compression on the 3M double tap to connect the encoder to the motor. You can probably use other encoders, but you will need to draw a custom mounting plate. The screw holes are arranged in a 34mm diameter pattern with a 90-degree spread. The Omron E6A2-CW5C is the specific encoder I'm using: https://www.fa.omron.co.jp/product/item/2358/en/
