Connectors for building with corrugated plastic in standard 4mm thickness. Two types are available: one for forming corners at right angles from three sheets, and another for connecting two sheets at a right angle. Sheets can be secured to the connectors using M3x10 fasteners. Sheets can be directly inserted into the connectors without modifications, but a small gap will remain at the corners. To achieve a tighter fit, utilize the cutting guides that assist in trimming excess material. (Edit: These guides have been removed due to inaccuracies; new versions are forthcoming.) For optimal results, trim 3mm of material from each side of the corner, 20mm back, and 30mm wide notches on the side connectors. Alternatively, trim an additional 7mm from one side for overlapping corners. The design allows for compatibility with 3mm acrylic sheet, although heavier infill materials like ABS or PETG are recommended for optimal performance.
