These 20mm connectors are designed for use with dbozec's OpenSCAD MakerBeam, a 20x20 mm model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27825). The connectors allow the creation of various enclosures and shapes using ABS acetone slurry or cyanomethacrylate (crazy glue) to "weld" them together. They offer end-end, corner, rail, groove, flat top or plate, sliding surface, T-pieces, wire guides, mounting or fixation parts, and more. Printed on an UP!3D printer with settings for fine connectors and fast beams scaled on the Z axis for adjustable lengths. Simply scale any part on the Z axis to create different length pieces. Due to their snug fit, a small rod can help move connectors into grooves during assembly. Key parts include flat top and grooved MakerBeam, end cap, footer, flat beam, corner with hole, corner, wire guide, end joiner, side-to-side joiner, base piece, and mounting piece.
