___ ###Dupont 0.1" Pin Holder - Customizable Size ##G. Tielke, March 2023 ___ Creates a two-part snap-together holder for Dupont pin connectors. Pins are spaced 0.1" (2.54mm) apart, either M or F type. Print two parts which snap together over the wires. Be sure to check it out. ------ The original design was for 8 pins in a single row only. This customizer allows 1 to 20 pins, in one or two rows. The pin header location may be adjusted further in or out from the holder. (Not all pin headers are the same length; also allows pin headers to stick out by a few mm if needed for clearance.) >In the Customizer, specify these settings: -Print either one or both of the two sections -The number of pins across (default of 8) -The number of pins thick (1 or 2) -In/out adjustment of header position >SLICING: I used Sunlu PLA+ with these settings: 220 degrees C, print bed at 70 degrees C. Layer Height=0.2 (can use 0.12 for better quality) Speed=50 (or slower), first few layers at 25 Infill=100% Supports: None Adhesion: None or Raft >May use PETG for a tougher result: 240 degrees C, print bed at 80 degrees C.
