Connector for coupling finger treads and tank body
prusaprinters
I designed this little adapter to put together a small toy tank based on other 2 designs: a foldable print in place tank body (https://www.printables.com/model/437973-print-in-place-tank-body-fab365-style) and a couple of tank treads (https://www.printables.com/model/868070-finger-treads-fidget-track).You have to print the tank body scaled down to 80%, the 2 treads at 100% size, but remember to mirror the second tread before printing it!The connector has room for improvement, as it requires some drops of super glue to attach it to the tank body. I added a hole so a piece of filament can be used to help with the assembly. The treads just slide into the connector and since they're tight in tolerances, no glue is required.Print it as it is: supports are not requred, but you might consider adding a 5mm brim.
