I purchased the Laser Head E-Series from Cloudray to boost airflow and minimize scorch marks when cutting through dense wood.\r\n\r\nMy 80w laser cutter boasted a completely different laser head, so I decided to retain the base and designed a custom connector using Fusion 360 to meet my requirements - it's truly astonishing.\r\n\r\nI printed it with a layer thickness of 0.1mm, 100% infill, and a print speed of 50mm/sec.
