I designed a connector to link plexiglass pieces together for my 3D printer enclosure. The slot is 3.35mm wide, and it was printed with ABS plastic, resulting in a precise fit of about 3.00 mm. The overall dimensions are 80mm long by 80mm wide. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: Standard Notes: I printed the connector at an extruder temperature of 220°C and a bed temperature of 90°C, using MatterHackers ABS filament. Post-Printing I created this design with 123designs.
