Connection Bracket for Emma Stroller Sun Shade

I salvaged a sun shade from an old stroller since the new one didn't come equipped with it. This is a connecting piece for a sun shade designed for slightly wider frames. The stroller tubing is 16mm in diameter, while the sun shade tubing measures 9.7mm. For optimal results, print this part using PETG, as its flexibility and durability will provide a superior fit when clipped onto the frame tubing. PLA might snap under pressure due to its brittle nature. To ensure the clip's longevity, I printed it on its side, allowing the friction surface to be slightly rougher and less prone to wear. To achieve this texture, I used a wide flat file to manually shape the part. Secure the piece with an M6 nut and bolt, and use a washer with an outer diameter of 18mm for added stability.
