No, this isn't a naval mine, despite the design seeming ideally suited for detonation aft of the ship rather than at the bow. The "Connection Ball" resulted from an impossible task: creating a new joint for 20mm x 20mm square profiles / pipes ?!? The term "new" had been stuck in my head for over a week. The Ball / Mine features 30, 60, 45, 90-degree sockets and all other angles possible. HOW TO USE: -Insert the cross -Turn it clockwise -Pull it upwards -Lock it by tightening the cuff (secured) -Push the inside pin upwards, leaving room for a spring The cross will secure the final component. I decided to share this due to our likelihood of waiting until energy conversion turns solids into print-able material before printing this model in metal. I invite you to prove me wrong. If needed, contact me for high resolution files. I'll try to upload it as soon as possible.
