First, I started by adding all the components into a new assembly file. Next, I started by connecting and mating the 2 wheel components to the base of the design and fixed them so they wouldn't move. Next, I connected the connecting rods onto the ball at the end of the 2 wheels and fixed them afterwards. Then, I mated the connecting block to the 2 connecting rods and made sure it was 22mm into the connecting block on the right side. Afterwards, I made sure it looked correct and checked my center of the mass.
