First, I started off by mating the origin with the base origin. Then, I mated the two wheels to each end of the base. Then, making one of the wheels parallel to a vertical line on the base, and the other wheel 20 degrees from the other vertical line on the other end of the base. Then, I mated the two connecting rods to each circular piece on the wheels. Then, I mated the connector block to the connecting rods, making one of them a distance of 22mm.
