So too assemble this I first added the base in from insert parts then I took and set it too the origin then I add the wheel component after I mated it and the did the same thing again after I add connecting rods and connecting block and mated those once I did that I went into the sketch on the first wheel I dimensioned it too 20mmand then also took the rods at the end and edited it to 22mm X = 272.81 Y = 30.91 Z = 62.10
