Connecteur profilés aluminium
thingiverse
I designed this connector myself on Tinkercad. It allowed me to manufacture a 3D printer enclosure composed of: - A 20x20 B-type aluminum profile with 6 mm groove - A 4mm thick glass panel. The cube-shaped connectors enable you to assemble your aluminum bars. I used the following screws to assemble the cubes with the aluminum profiles: - S6x16 B-Type screw with 6 mm groove. There are two types of cube connectors: - Two-dimensional connectors, - Three-dimensional connectors. The stops are designed to hold a 4mm glass panel in place. The angle stops should be used at the angles of your glass for optimal holding. You may need to file a bit inside the stops to widen the notch, or it will force.
