This 3d model showcases a 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) camera - Olympus OM-1n, which was unveiled in 1974. It is an incredibly lightweight manual camera featuring a mechanical shutter and a standard 50mm lens. The iconic OM series made its debut in June 1972, marking Olympus' first SLR camera release. Interestingly, the original name of this series was 'M', but due to Leica's existing M series, Olympus had to rename it. Today, with digital cameras offering instant results and phones capable of taking high-quality photos on the fly, one might wonder why someone would invest in a vintage camera, only to wait for their film to be developed. The uncertainty surrounding the final outcome is indeed intriguing - will the negatives turn out stunning or unappealing?
