A bit different then the multi-extruder model. This comes with a keyed base to assemble the various conic section pieces. There are a couple options with this design:

Single extruder, small volume and/or multi-color/material

Print each part separately (or in like color/material sets) flat on the bed

Single extruder, large volume single print

Assemble all the pieces in Simplify 3D or Cura (right click and select all models, right click and select merge) into one object at the origin. The model is designed with a 0.15mm gap between all parts which is (depending on your settings and printer ability) seens as a 1-2 layer gap. This should allow all the parts to print and come apart save for the bottom most pieces.***

Multi-extruder or Multi-material

Same as single extruder, single print, but will be multi color/material and should come apart.

Custom Section

Cautions

Use the AK\_ files to print each part separately and flat. I've oriented them to a build platform and exported each so it should import nicely. The other files are just raw from Fusion360 and can be used in multi-material printers as a print-in-place object.
*I haven't been able to test how well these tolerances work out and basing it off of my years of experience designing for 3D printing. I'm w/o a 3D printer for 1-2 weeks and will need to build it when it gets here. Mileage will vary depending on your printer settings and all that.

**The bottom most pieces are designed to have no gap as I didn't think it was necessary and still I go back-and-forth as to if it was a bad design idea.
Category: Math
