Configurable T-track table
thingiverse
The 3D model provided showcases a T-track table, beneficial for fastening materials on milling machines. For optimal performance, you will need T-slot nuts (e.g., http://www.schrauben-lexikon.de/download/t_1980.pdf) and clamps (e.g., http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:776). The model is designed using OpenSCAD software, which can be downloaded if you wish to modify the table's parameters. Alternatively, an STL file for a 400x320x18 table suitable for M6/8 nuts is available. Distinctive features of this table include optional edge joints for connecting two tables and adjustable properties such as board dimensions, slot dimensions, and distance between slots. OpenSCAD allows you to customize these parameters before exporting the model to STL. Once downloaded, you can use a CNC milling machine to cut the model after generating toolpaths (e.g., with PyCAM). Lastly, attach your new table to your CNC machine for efficient material fastening.
