Configurable roller bearing
thingiverse
I wrote an OpenSCAD script to create designs for roller bearings. The bracket must be printed with a dissolvable material, so I used HIPS and ABS but you could also use PVA. The attached images reveal the internal workings of the bearing and the support material. Printing this design is quite challenging and I haven't yet managed to produce a fully functional bearing.
