This simple bit holder fits snugly on C6 screwdriver bits used with electric screwdrivers and multitools alike. It is a single printed part embedded with magnets (cylinder shaped magnets measuring 10 mm in diameter and 4 mm in height). To insert these magnets, the printer needs to be paused at exactly 13 mm, just before they are fully encased in plastic for optimal protection against environmental factors. When slicing the print, be sure to check the layers carefully. The pause position might need to be adjusted slightly if using a raft or similar features. At one end of the printed part, there's a hole designed for mounting a small nylon cord (diameter around 3 mm fits perfectly). The plan is for the ends of this cord to cross over in the middle of the printed part. Once you've placed the strap plugs onto the nylon cord, melt the ends using a lighter. This will create a blob that prevents the cord from coming loose over time. To ensure a snug fit, the strap plugs should be installed before melting the ends, and no additional glue is required. Be prepared to repeat this process several times to achieve an optimal balance between coverage and border control. If your print features a very smooth surface, you might find the painting process slightly easier.
