Configurable Banana Post Terminal Block

Configurable Banana Post Terminal Block

thingiverse

I upgraded an ATX power supply (480 watt) to run my 3D printer. To keep it looking neat, I used banana jack terminal posts to hook up the wiring to the RAMPS board as well as the heated bed. This simple design gives you a solid block with some pre-drilled holes. I've included the SCAD file if you want to customize it. The hole size works perfectly for RadioShack's multipurpose nylon binding posts, available at: https://www.radioshack.com/products/radio-shack-multipurpose-nylon-binding-posts-2-pack You can easily adjust the diameter of the holes using the SCAD file. Print Settings: Printer: Kickstarter 3D Printer (Reach3D) - RAMPS 1.4 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .30 Infill: 25%
