Cone cube flow test

Cone cube flow test

This is a model I created to test layer lines, corners, and a XYZ cube on top. I printed this at 400mms, 20K acceleration, 20SCV(Jerk), .3 layer height, .5 bozzle nozzle, ABS 260C, min layer time of 0.7S. Should be about 45-50mms3. Important to note seam quality, corner sharpness, layer line consistency. *** UPDATE *** Change file so the wall thickness is .8mm for 2 wall. Originally I lofted this and the wall thickness changed. What can be interesting is to print this with different square corner velocity. This may show motor resonance at slower speeds to see if your driver tuning is correct. Start at 5 square corner and increase every Zmm of your choosing. You don't have to print this at that speed, but it will give indication of where can be improved.
