Conduit/Emt shelf Brackets

I have designed and manufactured these shelf brackets specifically for use with Electrical conduit, also known as EMT tubing. The concept behind this design was to create a bracket that could be easily scaled up or down to accommodate various sized shelves. This particular shelf measures 1070mm in length by 550mm in width and is incredibly robust. I produced the parts using PETG, then drilled through both the printed component and the metal tube with a 3.5mm HSS drill bit, before tapping the holes to accept a 4mm thread. I happened to have some spare 4mm threaded bolts lying around. You will need to adjust the size of your model in your slicer software to ensure proper fitment, as I found that for a 25mm outer diameter tube, an increase of 102% was necessary.
