Condo/Apartment Mailbox Latch

A couple of years ago, I managed to damage the locking mechanism on my condo community mailbox. To fix this issue, I created a custom replacement and had it manufactured. My first design was a straightforward one, but it got the job done and ended up saving me some money in the long run. This replacement is designed specifically for Riopel mailboxes, replacing the latching component of the lock. It's similar to the Rousseau 3972R part, which I found useful as a reference point. Hopefully, my creation will be helpful to someone else who finds themselves in a similar situation!
