condenser radiator aluminium fin comb 2.8mm spacing
cults3d
I'm making a DIY chiller for my laser engraver and I need to straighten the radiator-condenser aluminium fins. Mine are spaced at 2.8mm apart. Here's the first photo of the 12-tooth version, which is my initial design. I've since modified it by cutting off six side teeth, and that change made a big difference. The six-tooth version is much easier to use and allows me to press the teeth together while straightening them out. It also makes it simpler to place the teeth between the radiator fins. I've uploaded this revised design to Thingiverse for others to use. To get more accurate dimensions, I printed it in HIPS material.
