High-resolution, low-poly concrete slab model. The model consists of two main parts: a solid concrete slab and a clevis structure. Created in real-world scale, with dimensions of 57 cm x 127 cm x 56 cm. A total of 220 polygons and 228 vertices were used to craft the model's clean topology. The absence of non-planar N-gons ensures that no additional processing steps are needed for this object. One self-contained model without sub-objects, designed to be easily integrated into various workflows. Non-overlapping UV coordinates for efficient lighting simulation allow the geometry to capture even the smallest details when applied in game engines. Triangulation ensures precise shading results without unnecessary polygon counts, keeping processing times to a minimum. Exported with native compatibility in 3DS Max and other similar tools. .obj and .fbx formats available for import in your preferred application. Exported textures are in high-resolution (8192 x 8192) for optimal image quality: Base Color, Normal Map (including a flipped green map for easier color identification), Ambient Occlusion, Roughness, Metallic. TGA file format included for added versatility. The model has undergone rigorous testing in Unreal Engine and Unity Engine environments without requiring additional plugins or software upgrades. For more comprehensive control over the textures, the original Substance Painter project file is available as a separate download. Modify and refine the textures to suit your artistic vision.
