This package includes a set of 60 smart material instances with full customization, featuring 30 basic and advanced material instances for both PC/Mobile application development. Advanced material instances offer additional features such as texture distortion options, normal map fall-off at far field, and more. The package contains 275 textures in total, with 90 and 180 texture maps for mobile and PC/console respectively. All materials are based on master materials from Material Smart: Concrete Series. Furthermore, the material instances offer customizable options such as simple or advanced specular and roughness selection, and secondary texture distortion that can be toggled on or off. The package also includes a license and source texture citation, which can be found in the project folder under 'Source Texture Cite & License'. In addition to this, there is an optimized version with less than half of the texture loading capacity while sacrificing full texture map customization options.
