This is a model of concrete fence in 1/87 scale (for H0 toy trains). This type of fence was widely used in USSR for industry territories enclosure, including railway yards, stations and so on. It includes fence panel itself and basement. As you can see in the drawing the basement is intended to be mounted under earth surface and shall not be visible in normal. I've added another option for basement which holds panels more tightly, like if it was already filled with concrete.
