Game/VR/AR ready low-poly model of a worn concrete block showcases a piece of rusty rebar protruding from it, designed to aid in lifting and moving the block. The model boasts 4K PBR-textures and is constructed on a real-world scale using the metric system. Concrete blocks like these are rapidly produced and can be used interchangeably with jersey barriers - for instance, to establish temporary roadblocks, defensive positions, or direct traffic flow. The model and accompanying PBR-textures are optimized for use within Unity 5 and Unreal 4 environments but can easily be adapted to other applications. The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter, and it features a single material with UV-mapping. A zip-file titled "Concrete block 1x1x1.zip" contains all textures in PNG format (8-bit) along with the model in various file formats: Autodesk FBX 3.9.1 (.fbx) OBJ 2.3.6 (.obj & .mtl) Collada 1.4.1 (.dae) Blender v2.80 (.blend) The zip-file also includes special fbx-versions of the model and textures tailored specifically for use with Unreal Engine 4 and Unity 5 environments.
