The creation of next-generation PCBs is a fascinating concept that takes approximately an hour to assemble. These PCBs will be 3D printed themselves and showcase innovative design capabilities. A notable example can be seen in a large pneumatic manufacturer's robotic ant. It should be noted that this challenge does not involve non-existent parts. In my model, the green cubes represent already-printed PCBs that are incorporated within their own frame, allowing for easy attachment to the main body. Any parts that cannot be printed are inserted during the printing process. There are numerous references available regarding this method. The main body of the design is inspired by the structure of a diamond molecule. To further reduce weight, the rods can be replaced with carbon nano tube-shaped structures. However, it is essential to consider the limitations of the printer when designing these advanced concepts, as tubes alone cannot replace non-printed materials without being captured during printing. Additional holes may need to be incorporated into the design to address this issue.
