Concept2 PM5 USB Drive Dock
prusaprinters

I printed in Prusament Jet Black PETG and in two parts.

The .3mf includes:

Two Scales (if you need another scale, please let me know).

100.0% accurate dimensions using calipers on the original battery cover

100.8% (XY only except on USB docks)

My MK3S+ is dialed in (usually good for ~0.10 mm tolerance), but I still had to make these adjustments.

and

Two Configurations

Solid w/ supports enabled

Three separate objects

Cover and Docks

Rim You may want to cut and print a few mm of one side of each rim part to determine which version you need for your printer

Screw Guide (this part is unnecessary, but was on the original batter compartment cover, so I included it)

For either configuration, decide how many USB docks you want, then select and delete the remaining USB parts. Also, the dock in keypad position 8 would probably be blocked by the battery compartment screw. You can see I only printed 5 on mine.
