About five minutes ago I got this outrageous idea: Take my old mobile home and put it on a solid footing with fresh construction, expand the area with an extra section and garage. My living room, dining area, and kitchen got remodeled into a master suite, including a renovated bathroom. I considered giving it to someone, but then changed my mind; instead, I made the basement an extended personal space. That's why you're getting this right now - just thought you'd appreciate my idea. While organizing the storage room, I stumbled upon blueprints and started re-reading them - no wonder it never happened, after all! I wanted to share some context so that everything would be crystal clear: my big yard is 100' X 150', which ensures a perfect fit for this new concept within my community.
