Concept 2 Indoor Rowing Machine (Rower Rate, Pacemaker)
thingiverse
This thing was developed by me because I like to watch TV during my workout(s) and doing so I indoor-row. In order to row efficiently it is mandatory to keep an eye on the Stroke Rate (strokes per minute). This is usually in a rage of 20 through 28 SPM. So I build this “Rower Rate”. I select my SPM per yellow button then start rowing. To switch up I push the button again. A little Arduino micro controller flashes the LEDs and rechargeable AA-batteries keep the device going. They last until you look like a Body Builder, (ha-ha-ha). The holder is put over the PM5, the Thing is put into the holder. That’s it! Enjoy your workout!
