Initially, I created an object that could not be produced using conventional injection molding techniques. Although someone else might have attempted something similar, it was merely an experiment with my new device. After four years, I enhanced the item by increasing its thickness to overcome fragility issues. Additionally, a customizable version was remixed from this design by another user. This model can be successfully printed using a Makerbot Replicator Dual, with 10% infill; however, there is slightly more friction between layers than desired.
