This is a test model for 3D printing.\r\nOur goal is to print two wheels that meet seamlessly and rotate smoothly, as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/KiCR8q_Z9a8\r\n\r\nThere are three key points to be tested with this model.\r\n\r\n1. Clean Print Lines.\r\nA circle should close perfectly, without bridging to the next circle. If print lines are not clean enough, the wheels cannot meet properly.\r\n\r\n2. Back Rush Prevention.\r\nBack rush or vibration in the timing belt causes distortion on the circles, making them impossible to rotate even if point 1 is cleared.\r\n\r\n3. X Y Axis Symmetry.\r\nIf a 3D printer lacks symmetry or a right angle in its X Y axes, it leads to distortion on the circles, rendering rotation impossible even after clearing points 1 and 2. This issue primarily affects delta printers but can also occur with cartesian ones.
