Concentric Box Bins

I don't usually like printing boxes because it seems like such a waste of resources when there are so many **Altoids** tins and cigar boxes just waiting to be repurposed into enclosures. That's why this was initially designed as a safety cover for an electrical plug, minus any locking mechanism - a design created in **BlocksCAD** with multiple hulls and cylinders. I'm not proficient in **OpenSCAD**, so I apologize for the awkward, wordy code that resulted.
