Because this part will get hot during use, the material must withstand higher temperatures.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h5>Print settings</h5><p>0.2mm layer height</p><p>0.6mm nozzle</p><p>Print with brim to help with adhesion. Otherwise there's too little surface area and I had issues with the part falling off mid-print.</p><h5>Description</h5><p>This is a replacement concentrator/nozzle for the Conair Infiniti Pro hair dryer. It <i>may</i> fit other models too. The nozzle that comes with this clips on to the inner part of the hair dryer. This model, instead, makes a friction fit on the outside. It's a pretty snug fit, but if you really have can't get it on, you can try scaling the model by a few percent in your slicer.</p><p>The rectangular part is about 3" wide. The part that attaches to the hair dryer is just under 2". I tried another model that was 2" wide, but it was way too big for this hair dryer.</p><h5>Design notes</h5><p>This was modeled in FreeCad. It's just two sketches and an additive loft between them, then two more sketches with a subtractive loft. I've included the FreeCad file if you want to modify it to fit your hair dryer.</p>
