The inner dimensions are 27.4 × 4 mm, large enough for a pair of quarters, dollar coins, sixpence, or toonies. Or whatever similarly sized contraband you may need to conceal.Print Settings Supports: NoLayer Height: 0.15 mm for wafers, 0.10 for fillingInfill: 20% for wafer, 100% for fillingFilament: PLA (black or dark brown for wafers; white for filling) Print two cookie wafers, one inner filling, and one outer filling. Recommended orientation is face-up for the wafers and threads-up for the fillings.AssemblyGlue a wafer to each half of the filling. Then screw the two halves together. How I Designed ThisThis design is based on Mike Hutchinson's Detailed Oreo Box, but I was aiming for more realistic proportions in the filling and for actual-size cookie wafers.I measured an actual Oreo cookie as having 46×4-mm wafers and 36×3-mm filling. So I properly scaled each part of Mr Hutchinson's model except that I preserved the aspect ratio of his filling in order to keep the threads course enough to print easily. Next, I slightly increased the thread clearance. Then I cut off some of the excess thread length. Finally, I recessed the filling into the wafers a bit to achieve the proper cookie thickness.
