Conair Hair Dryer Nozzle Adapter
thingiverse
The adapter ring for my Conair Infinity Pro hair dryer is a DIY solution that fixed the broken nozzle tabs in style. With only one tab left to hold and three non-holding tabs gone, the nozzle was struggling to stay attached. A new hair dryer purchase was looming due to this issue, but I took matters into my own hands by creating an adapter ring. This clever fix fits snugly onto both the original nozzle and the dryer without any need for glue, which is a major plus. The adapter ring is printed with ABS plastic and recommended for use with high-temperature filaments only. After over a year of daily use, it's still holding up remarkably well despite some wear and tear. Even when the last holding tab broke off, the adapter ring continued to grip the original nozzle securely due to friction alone. Printing this adapter ring at 0.2 mm layer height with 30% infill will take around 30-60 minutes, depending on your printer's speed settings.
