Conacul Wass de Tega din Românași (jud. Sălaj)
sketchfab
The Wass de Tega Manor in Românași was built by Baron Wass de Tega in the first half of the 19th century, later purchased by Edumal Thmeodor from Vienna. In 1898, the manor was bought by Baron Gaudemus de Weidhover, who made some changes, transforming it into a barracks and stables. In the early decades of the 20th century, the manor came into the ownership of two Jewish families who used it as a grain mill. The communist nationalization turned the manor into the headquarters of the CAP and stables, also annexing several agricultural constructions. After 1990, the manor entered rapid deterioration, today being the shelter of some horses, goats, and a grain mill installed in the southern wing.
