I recently upgraded my case with a brand-new project and opted out of relocating my stickers or buying new ones altogether. With two vacant slots for 5.25" drives, I chose to utilize one for something fresh. First, print the holder, then select your desired badge tiles, and simply insert them. If you decide to print the holder with a brim (which was necessary for me due to my printer's quirks), it will even provide a slight lip when removing the brim, preventing the badges from sliding down if they're slightly loose. I've included an initial set of badges, but only printed four examples. However, I did slice the remaining designs to ensure that all lines are visible with a 0.4mm nozzle, as seen in the Cura screenshot provided. For smaller printers with limited bed space, there are two-part holder options available. The badges were printed on a Monoprice Select Mini at an incredibly low layer height of 0.175 and utilized M600 color changes for maximum vibrancy. Each color is specifically designed to have two layers at this height, resulting in vibrant and precise badge designs. As always, I highly encourage users to remix their own custom badges! If you design your own unique badges, please don't hesitate to share them by uploading them for everyone's enjoyment.
