Created with Tinkercad using the "clip" shape from claytontsims (https://www.tinkercad.com/users/fcz3ipxTQbZ), and adding a flat base as well as a fastener cutout. Measurements should work but I'll update with photos after I print. Update, estimated measurements were off, scaled it down a bit and updated the fastener hole, v.2
