This is the initial prototype of my compressed air engine project, still a work-in-progress with room for improvement but well worth devoting a few extra days to mastering the task at hand. Despite its current inefficiency, this innovative project has plenty of potential once you can fine-tune it. I printed all of the essential parts using 30% infill settings and only included support structures for the flywheel and the crankcase; the latter needs to be printed upside down with reduced supports to prevent defects. In order to get started, please procure 1/4-20 threaded bolts and corresponding nuts - here are the necessary fasteners: two long 2-inch bolts, two shorter 1.5-inch bolts, four 1-inch bolts, and eight nuts threaded for a standard 1/4-20 screw system.
