Compressed-air engine straight twin V. 2.0
thingiverse
This is a little functional twin-cylinder compressed air engine that can run on every low pressure. Blowing into the inlet is plenty of pressure to let it run smoothly. When using higher pressures the engine produces a little bit of power and performs efficiently. The engine needs to be carefully glued together when using higher pressures otherwise it may fall apart suddenly. The valves are pneumatically closed so there won't be any valve-float issues. The valves start opening just past the apex, around 85 degrees for perfect performance and smooth running. Timing between the pistons doesn't really matter but 180 degrees of rotation between them is best when one piston is at the top the other should be at the bottom. Assembly is quite easy to figure out on your own. If it doesn't fit its not in the right place so make sure everything matches perfectly. You can also use the provided pictures to help with assembly and get it done quickly.
