Three-dimensional print qualities vary and can't guarantee that the bottle cap/cylinder head will withstand high pressures. Print settings: Nozzle diameter - 0.2mm Print width - 0.25mm Layer height - 0.1mm Top/Bottom layers - 6 Outer walls - 6 Infill - 50% Infill type - Rectilinear Material - PLA Print speed - 50mm/s Nozzle Temperature - 220c Bed temperature - 40c These settings are required for this print. Other settings can be adjusted depending on your printer and filament. All parts are oriented in the correct printing direction, and the following parts require support: Crankcase Cylinder Piston Hardware needed: 6pcs M2x10 Bolts 1pc M2x20 Bolt 1pc M3x25 Bolt 1pc 608 ceramic hybrid bearing 1pc Plastic bottle 1pc Presta valve (for tubeless tires) 2pcs Pneumatic fittings (https://goo.gl/5mCG8a) 1pc Propeller (at least 8 inches in diameter) 1pc Rubber O-ring OD 8mm Cross section 2mm 1pc 6mm BB pellet Brass tube ID 2mm OD 3mm (only need 6mm length) PVC clear tube ID 4mm OD 6mm 0.5mm thick rubber sheet 2.5mm thick rubber sheet Bike pump or compressor Tools/other building equipment: CA glue (superglue) Silicone spray lubricant (WD40 sells some with a yellow cap) 1200 grit wet/dry sandpaper Scissors Vice or clamp 1.5mm Hex driver 2mm Hex driver Drill & 6mm drill bit
